Singh Boutique is proud of the quality products we offer. If you are not 100% satisfied we offer an exchange or refund within 10 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All shipping costs for refunds will be at the cost of the customer.

Exceptions for refund include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:
Sale items are final sale as well as health and personal care items

To complete your return, a proof of purchase will be required.

Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange it for the same item but different size and/or color, send us an email at Boutiquesingh@gmail.com and send your item to: 50 NOTRE DAME OUEST MONTREAL Quebec CA H2Y 1S6. Shipping costs for exchanges will be at the cost of the customer. 

Our policy lasts 10 days only. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after this time limit.

The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on location, the time for exchange may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
